DELIVERY INFO

Delivery Areas

We deliver to South Puget Sound. That consists of Pierce County and most of Thurston and King County.

Anything over 40 miles, requires a minimum $500 order.

Delivery Fees

$150 minimum delivery fee.

 

We charge $5 per mile, roundtrip. This covers delivery and pickup.

Instead of a flat rate fee, we charge per mile. This is the most cost effective way for the majority of our customers.

Delivery and Pickup

Delivery and pickup area needs to be easily accessible for truck access or near by.

 

Delivery does not include set up or breakdown. We'll drop it off but it's your job to arrange it how you like. Setup of tables and chairs can be arranged for an additional charge. We charge $4.oo per table and $1.50 per chair. This includes set up and tear-down. These arrangements must be made prior to delivery. Tents are the only product that includes setup and breakdown at no charge.

Delivery does not include going upstairs or elevators. Dollies can't go up stairs and sometimes won't fit in elevators. If it's a difficult area to get too, please let us know the details. Delivery might still be arranged for an additional charge. We need to insure we schedule enough time to make sure we're not late for our next delivery. 

Returns

All rentals should be returned cleaned with the exception of linens.

We clean all returns but items should not be returned with any food debris.

Customer Pickups and Returns

To avoid delivery fees you can pickup and return your rental equipment to our Warehouse in Tacoma. Pickups and Returns need to have a scheduled appointment. You are responsible for any damaged equipment returned.
